Element Cafe

Element Cafe is a new-age cafe that embodies the “people-first” approach in their business. With our help over the last year and a half, we were able to translate their values into their digital marketing strategy and create a fiercely loyal community of followers that not only interact with them online but are inspired to make Element their go-to cafe in a city full of coffee shops.

In Q1 of 2024, we’ve seen growth on Instagram with over 60,000 accounts reached in February, a +18.5% increase in engaged accounts, and a +7.2% increase in followers (versus January of 2024). In Q2 of 2024 alone, we’ve seen exponential growth on Instagram with 200,000+ accounts reached in April + May, a +306% increase in engaged accounts, and a +6.4% increase in followers (versus March of 2024).

In Q3 of 2024, Element has continued its impressive growth on Instagram, reaching over 3 million accounts with video views reaching over 3.5million+ from August to early September. *Now the video has 11million+ views in October*. This marks a monumental leap from the 200,000+ accounts reached in Q2, showcasing our exponential expansion in reach and visibility. Engagement remains strong with 316K interactions, reflecting a continued focus on creating content that resonates with the audience. All this came from ORGANIC reach, no money was spent on advertising for this quarter. Our follower count has grown to 8.2K, building on the steady growth from previous quarters. With September still in progress, Q3 is on track to be our most impactful quarter yet, setting a new benchmark for Element's social media presence and engagement.

We accomplished this through content that entertains and resonates with their ideal customer, and inform customers of what makes Element stand out. The top-performing posts we’ve done thus far in 2024 have been comedy skits relating to coffee, videos highlighting latte flights, and new drink showcases.
