Silk Touch Esthetics

Silk Touch Esthetics is a clinical esthetician business run by two best friends who are dedicated to offering top-of-the-line service to their community in southwest Calgary. While they managed to grow their account to over 4k followers since opening, the content they created didn’t resonate with their followers in a way that garnered engagement or interaction on their account.

Since beginning our work together in November 2023, we’ve been able to reach 7,275 accounts, increase engagement by 28.6% (December 21- Jan 19), and increase following by 1.3%. We did this by creating content that involved the faces behind the business, and offering more content styles besides updates on promotions and services available at Silk Touch.
